Etrange débat que celui qui a suivi la projo du film « Ithaka » consacré aux proches de Julian Assange. Alors que le sujet était celui du sort, terrible, fait au lanceur d'alerte, et à la liberté de la presse, une partie de la salle a opté pour une critique sur la médiatisation du cas Assange.

Dans la salle, le comité de soutien à Assange. Ou plutôt plusieurs comités, pas toujours d'accord, pas toujours clairs, parfois total-confus. Parmi les intervenants: Edwy Plenel (Mediapart, qui vient de lancer un appel à Joe Biden pour Assange), Charlotte Clavreul, porte parole du Fonds pour une presse libre, Arnaud Le Gall (député LFI, porteur de la proposition de résolution de la Nupes visant à accorder l’asile politique à Assange en France), Maryse Artiguelong (membre du bureau national de la LDH et vice-présidente de la FIDH), et Laurent Dauré du Comité de soutien Assange. Un joyeux tumulte au cœur des luttes, avec des critiques, des auto-critiques, des horizons dépassables et des fractures ouvertes. Avec cette question lancinante, posée par Plenel: «Comment tenir les deux bouts ?» et sortir de cette sorte de goût de l’échec ancré à gauche.
Pour rappel, chaque premier jeudi de chaque mois, à la tombée de la nuit, le média autonome Au Poste s’associe avec les francs-tireurs de la plateforme VOD Ciné-Mutins pour des rencontres grand écran à Césure.
